This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Takshjælp by Centic | Softwareudvikling on PC Windows and Mac.

Med Takshjælp applikationen er det blevet nemmere for bilforhandlere, autolakerer og værksteder at få vurderet og afgjort sager om skadesopgørelser og takseringsproblemer.

I en enkel og lynhurtig 5-trins procedure kan du med applikationen oprette en skadessag og tage mobilbilleder af både taksatorrapporter, fakturaer, skader, m.m., tilknytte kommentarer og sende det helt til AutoBranchen Danmark tekniske afdeling, som vil behandle sagen på en hjemmeside og besvare dine spørgsmål. På den måde kan værksteder, autolakerer og forhandlere hurtigere få kompetente svar på spørgsmål om en konkret skadesopgørelse eller tekniske spørgsmål om skadesudbedring.

Som bruger af Takshjælp applikationen kan du til enhver tid logge på Takshjælps tekniske afdelings hjemmeside og følge med i sagen.

TaksHjælp-app’en har været en tur på værkstedet og er blevet opdateret med et bedre modul til at kontakte teknikerne og uploade billeder.

Medlemmer både inden for lak og karrosseri kan bruge app’en til at få hurtig faglig assistance fra teknikerne i VidenCenteret, hvis de har et konkret problem med en taksator, som ikke ville betale den korrekte behandling af en isvejset del, den modelspecifikke reparation eller lignende.
