I can't get the app to let me play any puzzles despite paying $9.99 for the pack of 350. All I'm able to do is click on other packs for sale. This is very frustrating.

I have sadly paid money for this app and every update I lose what I bought. I love doing puzzles as well as my kids but its to much for so little then to lose it hurts a single mom more.

The iOS version was good, so I thought I'd try it on Android. Problems started when a piece of the puzzle of the day got stuck in the wrong place. I finally managed to fix it by saving the puzzle and going back in, the piece wasn't stuck no longer however when the puzzle was finished it didn't tell me well done or anything, it just sat there,. I tried going back into the app, a message popped up saying the edge pieces were finished but then it just sat there like before. I didn't have this trouble on my iOS device but I didn't save the puzzle at any point,and no pieces got stuck in the wrong place. The app seems a little costly at the end of the day, there's a limit on how much you can do for free but if you like Disney and you like jigsaws, I just hope my problem was a one time thing. I was doing a 144 piece puzzle by the way, my iOS device only goes up to 64 but then it is a much smaller screen so makes sense. I probably will use it from time to time, just won't try 144 pieces for a while.

Cute but hate the fact that you must spend real money to buy other puzzles when all is available is starter pack and puzzle of the day. Fix the money issue and I might come back to play.

For some reason, the app fails to know when most solved puzzles are complete. The puzzles are really nice, and my kids and I love to solve them.

The fact that you have to pay to play is horrible. It didn't even offer anything free to coax you into buying more.
