Way better than the Google list app. If you accidentally check off the wrong thing, the history is right at the bottom of the list and you can add it back. Syncing works. My wife and I can both add items to the grocery list from our phones, and the list will be up to date when one of us gets to the store.

Excellent app. Super easy to use. It even sections and groups my items for me. I especially like that I can move items off my list as I put them in my shopping cart at the store and retrieve them again for new lists. Also, I can make different lists for different stores. Edit: 1 year later and I still use this app every single day and love it.

This is a wonderful tool! I like the fact that you can create different lists for different needs. I have a list for groceries, one for things purchased at department stores, one for the hardware store, and yet another one for the needs of my animals. This is the third phone I've had this app on. It's one of the first apps I look for whenever I get a new phone!

After a year, I still use That Shopping List every day, adding to a grocery list plus a few others like 'Errands' (we live far from a real town, so have to stack up errands). History can be sorted by most recently checked off or by category - using both sorts is a great memory jogger. The speak-to-add works great in the kitchen or car. The only feature I miss is 'undo' - for when I check off the wrong item in the grocery store and now have to guess which it was!

Better than a lot of other shared grocery apps I've tried, both open source and not. Has a few problems: when one person updates their categories (by name or icon) the updates don't always show up for the other person even after updating. Lists sort by categories automatically but you can't sort by other things like alphabetically or date added. Biggest problem is that you can't add notes to an item on the list.

This app is great. It remembers previously purchased items. When I enter the 1st few letters of an item, it will pull up suggestions of similar items on my earlier lists. All I need to do is click to add it to my list. I use this all the time. It has saved me time and money by preventing "random" shopping. I have used this for over 2 years.
