The selection has significantly reduced. On a 2021 X5, X7, and M550 the following options are not available: Cannot change chime to Rolls Royce, activate door lights when in reverse, M cluster remains the same, even if you go to Sport, Comfort, Adaptive, or Eco. Unable to change cell phone tones, change the Gong sound, unable to program to have the driver seat to move back for easy in and out, the list goes on... each App update should get better and not worse.

I'm using Unicarscan adapter and every time I have issues with connection between bimmer code app and adapter. I followed the instructions for troubleshooting without success. I need to plug and unplug more than 10 times adapter from obd port to establish connection with bimmercode app. For example i use Bimer-tool app without any issues.

Absolutley useless. Takes 30minutes to load through all the pages only to tell you coding cannot be completed. Will be trying for a refund and buying a proper scantool cause this is a joke

It was not too difficult for a novice like me. I would have liked more information on the technical stuff because its scary doing something which you aren't sure of. However, if there is then my apologies.

Most ECU's show up and I can code many things. What I've never seen is a way to clear a fault, error or any message. 2013 X5. Have had the app for over a year.

Bought both of their apps for the iphone. Good functionality. Then switched to android. They refuse to transfer my license. The worst customer service! Don't waste your money.
