Welcome to the ATLAS Principal Ready App This app was developed to give Principals, Vice-Principals, and School main office staff access to both emergency medical treatment procedures, as well as the Immediate Actions checklist for various incident types.
With over 70 short “How To” videos. The ATLAS Principal Ready App is always with you! Installation of the App is available on both Android and iOS platforms for purchase or with a single use Coupon Code. All the content including the videos are installed in the initial set up and allows access to the information and video content even if WIFI is down, the app is 97mb.
There are six first aid treatment categories; medical emergency types Unconscious ABC’s (Choking, CPR/AED, Rescue breathing etc.), Trauma (bleeding, broken bones, burns, head, neck and back injuries), Medical (asthma and breathing difficulties, allergies/anaphylaxis EPI-Pen Administration, seizures etc.) , Environmental (bites, stings, heat stroke and frost bite, hypothermia sun burns, Drugs / OD (Drug and Alcohol overdose, including opiates and Narcan administration for needle and nasal spray) , Mass Casualty (Triage, and treatment guidelines).
The Immediate Actions provide incident Specific checklists for Principals to follow during an incident including when to report to the Board Office.
Each section is no more than 3 clicks away from the needed information. Action Buttons give you instant access to further assistance without leaving the app Search line – takes you treatment topics immediately Call 911 – right from the App Maps – to learn your location if needed, take a pic / video – save it to your Gallery INFO – takes you to official links for more information before, during or after an incident. Including the ability to Submit a Bullying Incident Reporting Form.
