For now, it works fine on my phone. I wish developers added push notifications in case of open windows or unlocked doors. Namely, the app indicates it when we open the app and look at that section, but the real comfort would be to receive a push notification when the window or a door remains open or unlocked. Also, to be able to open/close the windows remotely with a few options/positions, such as: a few centimeters, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, or full.

The app itself is a little tricky to set up initially as the instructions could be a bit clearer. For example, you're asked to ensure that you are connected to the internet but it's unclear whether that is the phone you are using or the vehicle. It's actually the latter but it would be helpful to have some detail in the instructions as to how you connect the vehicle to the internet. But once up and running, it works well. Sadly since the last update, the app has stopped working.... Help!

Very limited app, cannot Access the vast majority of features on this app. Called Skoda dealership and they told me that it was due to my car model. This is embarrassing for a 2017 MK3.5 Octavia vrs model, not a bottom of the range trim. Loads of bugs and connection issues. I feel like this app would be of great use if it worked effectively and cars were given functionality

This new version of app has removed the feature of digital manual and access to the animated videos on 'how to'. That feature was very useful. Now what we get is link to download the pdf version which is very difficult to navigate on phone screen.

I have not long had this app and I'm losing patience. After only having the app a few days, I checked the app to see if it was working, it said my car was unlocked and could not be located. There's me panicking thinking I better check it's not been nicked. Get to it to find it's still there and locked. Also the range on the petrol was at odds with what my car was saying. Now trying to reinstall it and the activation email is not coming through. More hassle than it's worth!

Extremely limited functionality on the Enayq. Feels very much like an afterthought, and fairly embarrassing, compared to similar modern EVs. Currently, you can basically just see the battery status and start the climate control. Also, as others have mentioned. Please stop referring to local customer service. They can do nothing about the app, and it's blatantly obvious that you just answer with two canned responses. It gives me absolutely no confidence in that any human is reading this feedback
