This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Fondy EU on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

The application offers a convenient way to access a selection of continuously updated news from the Czech News Agency (ČTK) and other sources focused on information about European funds, published on www.ceskenoviny.cz. The news includes photos and videos. Links can be shared via Facebook, X, and the system functions of the mobile operating system.
The application allows you to set notifications for new articles from selected sections or regions.

Controls:
Menu:
In the menu at the top right, you can adjust the font size.

News notifications:
Configurable notifications—clicking the bell icon in the top right corner of a section enables alerts for new articles in that section, even when the app is not running. A yellow bell icon indicates subscription to notifications for only the most important news.

Display mode:
Dark mode for comfortable reading can be set via an icon with three states: light mode – automatic based on system settings – dark mode.
Photos can be enlarged by pinching with your thumb and index finger on the screen. Double-tapping will display the full photo again.

Navigation:
You can navigate between sections and article details using swipe gestures to the right or left, or by clicking links in the toolbar.
In the top toolbar, you can swipe to access the names of additional sections.
Pulling down the news list in a section will refresh it.
To return to the previous page, you can use the system Back button.
