This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing TurnApp on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

TurnApp's core aim is to provide the platform to the young talent of South Africa by playing 100% local unsigned upcoming artists music 24 hours, 7 days a week, for free. We want to take part in building the upcoming stars' hustle by participating in their public social events, playing their music (through the app), interviews and all that an upcoming artist needs to get their work through to the masses.

All of this will be done through an app installed on a mobile phone. Musicians are invited to submit their music to be playlisted and all the music received will be categorized and played live through the app's live shows. TurnApp also has its built in community network where artists and musicians can share announcements and posts, events, social advertisements etc.

Though the app and its structure is still a very young version of the whole idea of promoting our upcoming artists, it is a multi featured app that will serve its primary purpose. Major updates will follow as we grow.
