This application has lost its relevance it is high time I deleted it. How can it remain non functional for over a month with useless excuse of upgrade. If they can't continue they should delete it., it is really hard hit with storm.

I don't why Zoto will just create a complicated upgrade. The old version was simple, cool and works great but this new version is just trash...pls permit my language. It has become increasingly hard to use and a first timer will find it more difficult to use. Do something about it.

This app used to be awesome... But recently the app is seriously midbehaving... My zotocash is stuck in it, can't recharge my Gotv for this world cup.. Trying for a week, no success.. Can't recharge my phones... Trashy!!! Worst thing, they don't communicate with u, any longer, even when you contact them... Rubbish!!!

Zoto use to be a great app, till lately. The upgrade is taking place for more than 3 months now. I have an incomplete transaction from the app to bank as I was directed by the mail I received from Zoto, of which Zoto never responded to any of my emails. More like EAT MY PAIN.

I've used Zoto for sometime now but it's getting really annoying these days. I had to be convinced that it wasn't a scam before I started using it but right now, I'm beginning to believe it is.. For the past few weeks I've been unable to make recharge and they keep saying the network provider is 'having issues' or is 'under maintenance' and I doubt it because payments are still being made through the normal bank recharge... I have decent amount of money in my wallet and I've not been able to access it in weeks... Do something about it before you lose/break the trust of your customers..
