The shops they deal with dont put the correct inventory they have, they always contact you privately to tell that the product you ordered is out of stock The shipment/delivery cost is too expensive if u order more than 1 item at once but from different local shops, they charge delivery for each shop separately

This app and all it represents is such a disappointing experience. I have made an order on this app a month and half ago and still all I got are a bunch of emails claiming that there is a problem with the shipping. No clear communication was offered other than email that was sent 3 weeks ago. No professional work is really done here. Don't bother downloading. You might be able to order but don't count on having your things delivered.

I don't recommend for anybody to order at Zood, such stupid customer support and slow service I made a mistake ordering from here and haven't received any order yet paid in advance, I wanna a refund my order & request Google doesn't have to allow that kind of scammers
