The zenni app is user-friendly. Love the fact that he has different colors, different shapes, different sizes, and the prices are affordable. The only thing I would suggest is to measure your pupillary distance the app should include a way for us to measure that on the same screen after you take a picture of the prescription. It mentions on the app that you can download a printable PD ruler, but when you click on that link, it doesn't do anything. Other than that, the app is great!

I love zenni and it has made a toddler with eye troubles so much easier! I'm a little sad that their reward system has been in transition for over a month (when of course we need new glasses), but their deals truly can't be beat. The app can be a little buggy at times, and it is harder to search for specific needs compared to their website. I do love the try-on feature!

Options are pretty great. Pricing is decent for the basic needs... a little higher for nicer additions. The app itself is simple to maneuver, so thumbs up there, but the try on portion is a bit off, like my glasses will never be placed within the inside of my snout, ok lol. My real issue to cause the 2 star is that I don't recall being prompted to join their benefits program before I made a purchase with them so I sit here w/ these lost points and a benefit that could've saved me $5 KINDA SHADY

I've got a store credit for glasses because of my own wrong with my 1st order. However I keep getting on the app to use the credit for the right prescription and then I only get error after error with it! I've been trying to order my glasses for 5 days and still can't get them all because of the error with the app. I'm really disappointed that I have to go through this when I try to reorder. Apps up to date and I have great Internet what is the deal with this? Glasses are great app sucks!

Initially, I had a not so great experience with the product and the customer service. But on the back end, they really did redeem themselves. I had a pair of prescription safety glasses break after 40ish days, which is right outside of their warranty. They are replacing them for the cost of shipping, and we will see how the replacement product works out!

Confusing, shows only some of their frames in XL Update: I just tried the website again. This was an even worse experience! I clicked Men, then all glasses. I then went to filter to search the larger frame and never got that option! For some reason, styles came up and an instant check in rectangle. I couldn't get this unchecked no matter what I did. As previously stated, Zenni website is glitchy and cumbersome. Unreliable for sure.
