Very difficult to use app. Defaults to addresses that have previously been used if you close out of design and reset to wanted address resulting in products being sent to wrong address. Once order is placed there is no time to make changes. Customer service is slow and even though printing will not take place for several days no changes can be made to cancel or ship.

Every time I open my Zazzle App I receive 6 emails that my "billing agreement has been modified". It's very frustrating and annoying to have to delete 72 emails when I'm working on ordering something for my Vintage Antique Store. Unfortunately, I do not have the time for things like this so I am deleting the app and going back to using the Website directly from Google.

Terrible experience. Was going to buy something and between paypal snapping from the app to a website then back to the app and it not letting me choose my shipping I couldn't even buy it. What a waste of time. Would rate 0 if I could.

Lots of bugs and glitches! Won't let me checkout with PayPal and kept on selecting premium shipping when I wanted standard. Also, when I signed up for text messages to get a coupon the website said the coupon they gave me through text was expired. Kinda scammy.

Zazzle is a nice app But omg does anyone sees think there shipping is was over price? They try to trick us. When you get a good discount they raise the price of shipping. So you never actually get that great of a deal. Watch out for shipping cost!!

What can I say Love Love this app so far. Personalised gifts are so awesome upload your pictures its a blast. I made a mistake other day on a memorial poster stand they offered to help me correct it I just didn't have the time! Love it though
