Zappos Adaptive has limited options for purchasing single shoes, and the Filter/Sort options don't allow for only single shoes to be shown. I was so hopeful when I first saw the Adaptive store, but it doesn't live up to its potential. I hope it wasn't just a marketing ploy.

Always a great experience. Return, if necessary, very simple with no problems. Without a doubt, Zappos is number one and Amazon is two in my book. I really just use these two vendors for ALL my shopping needs. Many were positive conversations with Zappos representatives. A truly concerned,caring, excellent company! I've been a user of Zappos for quite some time, and I have to admit that it's always been fast and easy. Ordering is easy and delivery is fast. So anyone that has done business with Zappos your depriving yourself of a stress free experience. Oh, and yeah the shoes are fabulous!!!

This app is harder to use than the website. There is no consistent menu bar to take you back to search or the homepage. You just keep hitting back and hope to find a search option. // Response to developers: I ordered a pair of sandals on the app on April 26 and had no problem finding what I wanted! The new toolbar is just what was needed!

Needs other forms of payment other than just a credit card, pay pal, google pay, etc. Other than that always an amazing selection of shoes and stuff. Plus I really like the shirt videos of people walking in the shoes.

I haven't used the app for very long but so far has been really great. Found softball cleats for my daughter and steel toes for myself. They seem to have a good selection of steel toe work shoes.
