Same experience as others. App worked for the first day and now is constantly offline, extremely disappointing as the Google assistant was the main reason for purchase. Hopefully this gets sorted!!!

After installing an update, the robot shows offline most of the time. Effectively it cannot be controlled via the app. Reinstalling the app , deleting and adding the device to it did not render any results. Frustrating!

Connected my device, it stated an update was available. Tried to update and now I can't control the device from my phone as it shows offline and updating permanently. Reinstalling the app made no difference.

The robot will not create a house map. Just shows where he has cleaned. Useless.

The app it self is pretty good I just with there was a way to turn off the falling sensors because it keeps thinking that it will fall on my carpet
