I've tried many times to add a payment method, different cards and all in date. But the app just gets stuck in a loop and doesn't add. I get the blue circle of doom. So can't proceed. It means I can only add stamps, not pay by the app and unable to take advantage of offers. Any advice please.

fed up of the updates far many times. Ive had les hot meals than the amount of up dates. Disliking cafè Nero at the dont let you use cash. covid there excuse. everyone els does now. Im getting so fed up of the updates thinking of deleteing the app.

The password reset does not work . Reset is complicated . The contact customer service does not work . The input of your credit card details does not work . And all you wanted to do was buy a coffee . Shoot the App provider before they destroy your business. Try even hold of customer services , ha ha ha ! You can hear the long distance tone to no where.

I couldn't create an account. It said that I already have an account. When I tried to log into my account after typing in my password it wasn't possible to login after all. I am greatly disappointed as I was really looking forward to start using the app. Not good for customer service !

Nice coffee and shops. My favourite chain by far. My problem is that directions button stopped working. I really need that function as I am driving around London every day. I have tried to reset and reinstall etc. Please advise and I change to 5 stars. Many thanks.
