במשך שנים התנגדתי לאפליקציה הזו, התנגדתי לרעיון של לקרוא ספרים בטבלט באופן כללי. אבל ברגע שנפלתי לזה - התמכרתי. מי שתכנן את האפליקציה ידע מה הוא עשה - היא מלאה בפיצ'רים קטנים וכיפים לחובבי ספרים, והכי יפה - היא ממשיכה להתפתח מגרסה לגרסה. כל גרסה מוסיפה עוד כמה פיצ'רים שלא ידעתם אפילו שהיו חסרים עד שנתקלתם בהם. ההשקעה האדירה באפליקציה והאכפתיות לחוויית המשתמש התגלו לי במלואם יום לאחר שהתלוננתי על בעיה קטנה: תוך פחות מ-24 שעות התקשרו אלי כדי לדלות פרטים נוספים, להתנצל, ולהציע פתרון זמני.
