I DLed this app to try to make life easier, but I'm disappointed to see the "Free to Me" filter isn't available in the app, as in the Guide on the TV Box. There aren't many buttons on the remote. All you had to do was copy the remote to an app and use tabs to divide the functionality. Not sure how your team messed this one up, but I'm certain things like this are why my bill has slowly doubled in the past 5 years with no added channels & slower internet speeds. Thanks a lot, guys! 🙃

It was great -- until i moved. Been in my new home several months, xfinity billing me at my new address, and actually had to exchange all my equipment (Motorola vs Scientific Atlanta in new home area). Have removed, waited, and reloaded program several times at intervals, it still thinks i live at my old address and will only show me an incorrect lineup, while trying to control devices long turned in. This used to be very useful to me, now worthless.

The app doesn't have all the options I would like, but works on a basic level. I would like to see the Volume and Power buttons added. TV Input and Info buttons would be convenient, but I would consider them a lower priority. This app could easily earn four stars when it can preform all the basic functions of a traditional TV remote.

I only want 1 feature... And then 5 stars... A MUTE BUTTON... That would bring this app to 5 stars for me... I love their Cable/Internet/Home Security packages... And their apps are top notch... But who would use a remote without being able to MUTE... Looking forward...👍

Still the Xfinity remote that they keep putting more services into yet will not integrate into any home assistant and no end in sight for them to provide one. Instead, still stuck with their voice remote and having to hit a button to control things. I don't want to sound lazy and it's not even about the effort per se, it's Comcast's lousy service that costs more than everyone else not offering functionality. How many Xfinity apps does it take to manage one household?

Meh. No option to control tv volume which is what I really wanted it for. We have 2 tvs side by side and the remote keeps controlling both tvs. Very annoying. Was hoping this app would help but I guess I'll just have to upgrade one of the tvs to a smart tv to solve this problem. I may keep the app in case the batteries in the remote die but if my phone gets low on space, this app will be the very first thing I uninstall.
