This app has COMPLETELY stopped working today on my samsung galaxy after installing latest update from google . All I get are "16000" error codes and some sort of "oops thats not what we intended". I get the menu - just unable to watch anything. App works fine on other devices. Wont work on Samsung. Go figure. Please fix. I pay $175.00 a month for service. I expect to recieve that service. My 2 year contract ends July 1 (hint hint).

Terrible. Won't connect to chromecast, won't stream, useless. Work's sometimes flawlessly, then won't work at all. This is the best they can offer? Really? Won't support screen mirroring? I can literally mirror my screen to chromecast which means my internet connection & chromecast work fine. But when you try to watch something while mirroring as a workaround, it gives you an error message that screen mirroring is not supported. BS

When flood warnings are out they spam the whole days even when it's an extension. When changing devises it does it again! You miss most of the show because it only happens during the shows but not during comercials. Missed half of the show I was watching but couldn't miss the commercials. Oh and let's not forget they move channels from current plans to more expensive plans with no warning. Have had very little problem with the app once I learned how to navigate it. Have used it when out of town and it works fine. I like being able to watch my downloaded content while traveling. Very happy with it so far. UPDATE 5/7/21: I can no longer watch most stations remotely. Stations I could watch about 3 months ago on my Chromebook, and prior to that, in the same home I was visiting, I can no longer get. I also cannot watch recorded shows. A real dissapointment.

This app has gone down hill. I've been using it for years and it keeps getting worse. Sometimes downloads do not show up even though they are downloaded. Recently, shows over 1.5 hours do not fast forward over commercials. I am so frustrated that I have decided to cancel cable and work with the individual apps to stream and download. Someone at Xfinity should be paying closer attention to the functionality of their streaming and downloading app!!

Can not watch a full recorded DVR playback without the app crashing. Even reloading it crashes in the same spot (displays message, something along the wording of "something went wrong, playback cannot continue, try again later). This is disappointing (we pay too much for cable and it doesn't work).
