I can use it at my local theater, but I upgraded and don't know how to get my free ticket. When you try to buy online you have to continue to try and hit button bc nothing happens.

Installed to give my sister in Ohio a *movie tix budget* after you create an account will not let you do anything. Practically useless. Sometimes it lets you inn mostly you can't get in

This would be great if it made more sense. Can I add my CC and pay for
tickets that way? Do I always need to reload the "card"? Why can't I add
the tickets I just purchased at the counter to the account? What about the
4 I paid for last week? Why aren't the 3 tickets I paid for online last
month listed? I used the same rewards login. I like our local theater
getting modern, but you need to do better.
