Bad experience. 1. Sends you a verification code to your email. You leave the app to refresh Gmail and copy the code. You come back to this app. Suddenly you're back to the main screen and you have to repeat the process. And this continues over and over again. 2. You finally make it through. Now it asks for your card details. My card details are kept in a note taking app. I go over to copy paste it and turns out this app doesn't let you paste the card number. Not good.

So the app is handy, don't get me wrong. But why can't multiple people in the same household, who share a Woolworths rewards account, be logged in at the same time on separate devices? That's just stupid. You make it harder to shop, which defeats the purpose of the app and also lose all the customers who choose to not have a rewards account. You should remove the need to use Woolworths rewards as a barrier to the use of the app.

Used to be great. Fast and convenient with no need to queue (usually). But recently, the last 2 times, I've tried to use it the network times out or items scanned are 'not available'. I might have to give up. I even tried to use the 'contact us' link in the app and also got an error. Seems like the whole thing is broken. Too bad.

Unable to add card. Error 'Failed to add a card. please try again later.' keeps flashing on my screen, and the box to add card details does the same thing. When the 'Failed to add a card' error clears, where you should be adding the card details shows 'Unable to process the request. Please try again'. Tried with wifi and 4g. Tried reinstalling. Tried on different days. Nothing works.

No security A payment method has to be added in order to use the app. However there are no login function available like fingerprint or password. Allowing someone that has stolen tour phone to go on a shopping sprees with no control in place.

Wants my card number before it let's me do anything else. I can't copy paste in my card number. I have to allow the app access to my camera to take a picture as the copy paste functionality is broken. I wish it presented me with a list of stores prior to making me go through the entire sign up process only to find that my store isn't on the list. When I log out, I don't know what happens to my card information once I log out/delete the app.
