Great when it works. I like having the receipts being digital too. Not happy about scan and go only working at the front of the store. Would love to be able to use it more,but more times than not I get a 'server error' after it buffers for at least 5 minutes. I can only access the card to scan. I can't access the credit I have in the wallet. What's the point of encouraging the wallet if it can't be accessed ?

Getting very peeved off with app today. Repeatedly asking me to sign in, nothing loads, server error messages. I want to activate my points boosters but nothing works! I've force stopped the app, cleared cache, turned phone on and off, deleted and reinstalled but nothing changes. FIX THIS, I WANT MY DAMN POINTS. If I can't get them I'll go use flybys and coles instead.

I really hate that you removed an excellent, functional, dedicated app for gift cards and replaced it with this poorly integrated one where more than half the time your gift cards don't work when you need them. Your app is costing me money everytime this happens and it's extremely frustrating. I'm doing more shopping at Coles now where I can be sure I can use my cards

Overall the app is quite good, but the Everyday Pay feature tends to be hit and miss, at least when using the instore WiFi at my local store. Sometimes it works properly, other times it fails to process the payment even when it's indicated as 'connected'. The problem seems to be the weak WiFi signal at the store periphery, it seems to need a strong signal from the customer device to process payments. A better way involves customer's QR read from store reader and all processing at Woolies end.

I appreciate the little ways I can save a few bucks here and there with this rewards program. Having moved from New Zealand, we don't have a rewards system that benefits quite like this one does. I find I'm getting rewarded far quicker. It's so worth boosting stuff each week. I enjoy the app and what they offer.
