Usually not too bad. I can find most things i need etc. However, the last time i updated, my experience was awful. The way one searches for fruit and veg is now terrible. I see where you were going with it, but sadly the new "options" are limited. There is not even a place for rock fruit like peaches, nectarins and apricots, nor an option to sea "all fruit" and i reapeat the same complaint with vegetables. The old way was better simply because of what is lacking in the above complaint.

It would be great if the app had a dark mode. I like the new app setup. And they have put the aisles in numerical order, which is good. But every Woolies store that I have been to, you enter at the veggies and the aisle numbers increase from there to the other end of the shopping space. It would be good if the app reflected that.

Now forces you to use bags from the store, there used to be an option to byo bags to be environmentally conscious. Why get rid of this option. Can't order bakery items before late afternoon which is stupid as these items are available in store from early morning. Some items can't be found in the app but can on the website itself. All a bit frustrating really.

Decent app with easy ordering. Only wish that the delivery tracking was live (ie you could see where the van is). Only reason for this as they don't deliver where I live so I meet them halfway- which means either waiting 5 minutes or an hour due to the time window. Reply; does the website tracking show live GPS of the van?

App is frustrating. I like to use the past shop list, but it shows the same products over and over. Never ending scrolling to find everything. Surely this is an easy fix.

There is no longer the availability for me to share my list with my wife who does the shopping. I use a Master List from which I select products and transfer to a Weekly List then send to my wife using SMS Text Message. This function has been deleted. Also to transfer items from Master List to my Weekly List was simply one click now it involves selecting the item then transferring to my Weekly List. In the latest update I can easily transfer items from my Master List to the Weekly list. Thanks
