Never received my credit for purchases made even though I followed all the instructions and jumped through all their ridiculous hoops correctly. Three days later when I asked for help they just refunded the entire giftcard amount to my debit card. No idea if the scheme actually works or not. I'm glad I got my money back, but will never ever use giftya again, and am uninstalling the app. It only made a stressful situation so much worse.

I take issue with it appearing to be so simple to use when in fact it's not. You have to link your card, then they want your full address, then they charge you a fee to send. The only reason why I chose this app is because I liked the thought of sending a gift card via text, as opposed to asking people for their email addresses to send gift cards like other retailers. Now since I've had to go through so many steps, I'll just use the regular retailers and ask my people in advance for their email.

So this app needs work. When you need assistance it spits out paragraphs in chunks like rapid fire but not resolving an issue. There is no live chat. I got a ticket # saying someone will contact me. I used paypal to be secure and it's not sending. It needs a lot of work and a live agent.

Need to add search feature for photos when personalizing the gift wrapper. Also seems a little glitchy but it's getting the job done. I hope to see further improvements

DO NOT GET. I've bought in 3 cards after that. They they stopped accepting my money on PayPal and my credit card. Then they take my money from my PayPal and my credit card and hold it for a week. Or 3 days depending on the business days and don't give me the card and then tell me no more future.Transactions From this account will be accepted...They gave me the rudest email response from customer service back. Ever making it sound like it was my fault or that i'm doing something crazy

This is a total scam, you'll never get the gift card! Then they'll say they're pushing the credit through but you'll never receive it. Then when you ask for a refund they'll say a credit has been issued so they can't refund! Don't waste your money with these scammers!!!
