You didn't fix any bugs, I can't get into the rewards. Went last night to play could even use free play because y'all took itoutof the store. Called customer service and they were rude the first one hung up on me and the second one didn't even try to listen just started telling me to read agreement. I had I've a million wscore and couldn't even use it.

I really like this app but it seems impossible to win a tournament I want to know what the secret is because obviously I didn't get that memo.. I cannot win no matter what.. but I still gain points with the regular game's and who says you are supposed to win them ALL...

Could be a cool game. But if I exit and return later its locked up and the wheels just keep spinning (if that) or you cant do anything and have to reboot. But i gave 1 star because no ads!

Not able to redeem points in the Wstore. Contacted customer support only to be told to read the terms of the app, which still didn't answer my question or explain why I'm not able to access the Wstore or redeem my points for anything other than virtual drawing tickets. And yes, I do physically go to a windcreek facility and spend my own money, and still can't access the Wstore in the app. I used to love this place, but not so much anymore!! Thanks Windcreek for the not so great experience.

It was one of my favorite apps until I got on there and my free play went from getting $20 free play for 200,012 WScore points to getting $20 free play for 6,333,567 WScore points. Like that's 5 million and some odd points more than what it has always been. Why is it costing so much more?

I don't think the update is a great idea because the games keep freezing and I don't even see my free play anymore. I still have my points.
