Can't get it to connect to my internet. :( I Like the whole look of the speaker and it's badass. Once I get my own internet and not my treatments internet I'm sure it will work. Im on the guest wifi so it might be 5g and not 2g. I wish it didn't matter

This device does not work with my note 10 phone nor does it connect to the wifi any longer. So, I am completely disappointed in the product. I don't know if it's a software issue or what but it won't work. A waste of money.

Wont work with Alexa wont even turn orange to sync. It falls off the internet as soon as it connects to it. They have a week to fix it or im throwing it away.
