This app doesn't work. I can't get the Buddy_XXXX thing to pop up into my Wifi. I've tried everything and attempted multiple times. It's very annoying 🙄

I'm using this app to connect 2 BUDDY speakers to my network and my Amazon Alexa account, mostly for playing music. They were extremely difficult to connect and continue to drop their connections to the WiFi and/or the Amazon Alexa app. The written directions with the speakers were WRONG and INCOMPLETE, and this app is difficult to use and offers little assistance with refreshing connections.

Just got my buddy speaker today I must say the connection was a breeze no problems at all but I'm only giving it 4 stars because when I ever open the app yeah presets and I have to keep on connecting to get the status of my speaker but the speaker sounds good can't wait to test it out with some music when I get the chance Edit: there's actually another problem whenever I ask it to play Spotify it keeps saying that this action isn't supported on this device

Won't Connect to WiFi! When I first got it I was able to connect. Now, it won't connect. Glad I got the speaker on Black Friday cheap! That's why it was so cheap cause it's cheap!! Total piece of garbage!

My Buddy my Buddy whatever I try it doesn't want to fully work, my Buddy my Buddy only wants to work in Bluethooth mode, my Buddy my Buddy and even working in Bluethooth mode is a task with my Buddy and me.
