Awful! No instructions, no obvious way to enter quantities, no list at the end to verify before placing order (hey, like Amazon does!). No order acknowledgement and no friendly note saying what to expect (e.g. we will call you when the order is ready)...terrible, awful, no-good app. Wait until THEY figure it out. .Meanwhile I guess I am going to Safeway.

Used to LOVE WF. Used to be excited for the weekly Prime deals. But for the past 6 months, absolutely NO Prime deals! Wot?! Thought they wanted to incentivize us. I've Googled around but couldn't find why WF hasn't been dishing out any more P deals... Someone please explain? Thus, they have lost me as a customer for the past many months. Which led me to discover how delicious other places are, such as Halal Guys and Pepper Lunch. Try those food places instead!

Horrible, counterintuitive, exceptionally bad considering this is Amazon. When one finds oneself screaming at an app because it will not allow one to throw ones money at it then there is an obvious problem. These issues do not plague the desktop version BTW. WHAT GOOD IS THE ABILITY TO COMPILE A LIST IF THERE IS NO WAY TO THEN SHOP FROM THAT LIST?? Horrible.

Just started, don't like it. First, I have to the app where the nearest WFM is located; it cannot find the closest using my current location. Second, I tried searching for Frisée and it only let me type three letters and took me to fried foods. And lastly, their lettuce selection is fewer than my corner grocery store. What is so great about WFM?

The only feature I used was QR code scan at the register. Now the feature is consistently broken, some ridiculous connection error is shown instead of QR code. Useless.

Can't scan UPC codes, can't look up items in store to see if they are in stock, can't tell you what aisle items are in, can't order items online for store pickup, and items don't even have reviews! And this company is owned by Amazon? I have never seen a retail store app as useless as this one.
