About this app

Please note: This mobile app is for early years practitioners and can only be used with the Interactive Nursery Manager system.

Used as part of our unique Interactive Nursery Manager system, the INM Child Wellbeing mobile app enables early years practitioners to quickly and accurately record, monitor and track every aspect of a child’s wellbeing and their individual care needs. The Wellbeing App has been designed by nursery directors, managers and practitioners to quickly and effectively capture all aspects of a child’s care and daily routine including sleep and nappy change times, medication and food and drink consumption. No more lost paper copies before filing! A complete record of every aspect of a child’s care record in one place and accessed by date range, allowing easy tracking over periods of time.

It also provides a faster, more effective way to ensure you are sharing important information with parents. For busy parents who perhaps find it difficult to discuss their child’s full day at nursery during pick-up times, information from the app can be viewed in the INM Parent Portal and this allows them to reflect on their child’s day when they get home. Did their child have an afternoon nap? If so, for how long? How much did they eat and drink during snack or lunch time?

With the INM Child Wellbeing app, children’s daily care plans, allergies and protocols can all be recorded, tracked and updated with ease. The app also facilitates electronic signatures on tablets which enables parents to sign their child in or out of nursery and to also sign any child wellbeing related forms. No more missing signatures on important documents.

Access can be granted to individual staff members based on job role and responsibilities, ensuring you meet all data protection requirements whilst meeting each child’s individual needs.
