App has gotten worse over time. It loads very slowly. No way to give feedback in the app when an item is not located where they say it is. When I search for items, I get items that have nothing to do with keywords I've put in (I'm getting liquor store items on a search for a spray bottle). I would like to be able to limit searches to the grocery store with a search filter. They eliminated an option to type in your own items: I used it for more general notes like "buy lunch options."

Attempted to reinstall the app again weeks later and it is still completely useless. Stopped shopping at Wegmans. Used to work, but now it doesn't even open. It's just a blank page that says something went wrong. Uninstalling doesn't help. I keep getting emails asking why I haven't signed in to the app and offering discounts. Maybe if the app wasn't complete garbage I would use it again.

It's almost impressive how bad this app is. I think you actually have to try to create something so poorly optimized. Update: things were going extremely poorly until I got to the point where I had to add payment method and the app literally would not let me do it. Totally useless app. Uninstalled. Website is just as bad, but it took my card at least. Get it together Wegmans.

Maan. It's a really poorly executed app. Very clunky, and not responsive. When adding items to cart, they don't show up. When arriving for the pick up, the button to alert that I've arrived doesn't appear. I have to force close, clear cache more than 10 times.

Wegmans does not update the location when items are moved around the store. Even when they do, the locations are not helpful. For example, where is "nature's marketplace?" I had to ask three different staff members where that was in the store before I was told that the product I was seeking had been integrated into the Asian products section which was halfway across the store. Search function is nearly useless. The search returns results that may accidentally include what you are looking for.

Unable to type into the search bar: only gives me a list of suggestions. When I click the bar, the keyboard pops open for a fraction of a second then closes. Devs: maybe you have an auto fill that's breaking text entry? (I am a software developer; please fix this, it's embarrassing to us all.)
