App will not accept American credit or debit cards, even though it says that it does. Reached out to customer support but they keep responding with the same thing. Credit card company says it issue with the site. Tried on multiple devices and none work. Very disappointing that all of riyadh season is done through this site as it will not let me buy any tickets.

It is easy to RESELL tickets and enter information for your REFUND on the mobile app. They CLAIM that within 14 days your money will be deposited to your bank account that you have provided them. But it has been almost a month since my resell listing was sold and I am STILL WAITING. Their customer support is NO HELP at all. All of them will only send copy paste messages as if they are doing something everytime you will follow up.
