About this app

Able is a private application, a Pilot LMS system username and password is required to access it.

Able was conceived and created to address the increasingly vast knowledge requirements of P&C claim personnel, particularly Field Adjusters, to accurately settle consumer claims. The app is a portal to the Pilot Learning Management System.

Initially, the reference section of Able will focus on Property Technical and Property Policy, State and Local Issues and insights on the different software applications required by our clients. The adjuster may also access all the Learning Management System courses that have been assigned to them. These courses fulfill compliance needs so are a valuable necessity to the adjuster. The third components of Able are Podcasts and Check Lists. After opening the app the adjuster is given section headers they may access depending on their needs.

Able has a robust search function and an organic metatag convention that gives the adjuster the option to use search or drill down through easily defined subsections to find the information or insights they need to aid in the settlement of the claim.
