App has become very sluggish. Any interruption in your ordering process, makes you leave the app and reload. Of course, these problems would be minimized if the store offered the full selection of menu at all times. They are repeatedly out of some core items. I was also unable to redeem my rewards on my last visit, which are about to expire. Also due to the apps very slow and sluggish nature.

App was pretty cool even though you weren't able to apply your points to your account after paying or leaving the store from your receipt. Which is way more inconvenient now being as though recently the app takes sooo long to load and pull anything up. Today during the 10 minutes I spent in the store waiting for my order the app would NOT load and I ended up losing out on points on the $15 I spent on the store because I didn't want to get out of the long line. NOT COOL!

Don't like the upgrade because after that it asks for my phone number to log back in to send texts and I have no choice but to now uninstall the app because there isn't a choice or help to log in like I did before the upgrade. If it is added for security purposes, add call the number so I don't have to use my cell number to get more spam calls.

After the recent update, this app stopped working entirely. On my Android phone, the app sends me to an authentication screen. After typing in my credentials, it sends me a text with an authentication code. So far, so good. But when I enter the code, it sends me back to the initial authentication page. It's a fun game...not! Please fix this! I've used this app for years and had a bunch of money on a gift card that I can't access now.

This apps functions are awful. Everything lags, delays, takes forever to do anything in the app. Its not the users wifi or phone, as all other apps work perfectly fine on or off wifi. This app needs to be fixed asap. Standing in line waiting minutes for the app to open and bring up the correct screen, nevermind trying to switch between screens, (example: have a reward to redeem and need to scan your barcode) that is impossible, is not ok!

Ever since the newest update that I was forced to install, the app doesn't work properly. Can't access my rewards most of the time, and when I actually can, it takes forever to get to the actual reward, then when I click on it, it takes like 15 minutes for the barcode to come up! So inconvient, they need to fix this app, it was fine before!
