the customer service or the chat line is non existing.zero customer service.no help at all. App format was misleading. Did not know that i had to click again on the 4hours express service after the location pick up venue. Went down to the store and the staff informed me i had to click on the 4hours express pick up after i pick on the location. So my bulk purchase was not in store.Now they sent me email asking me to collect in store after i bought the bulk purchase from store instead!

Crappiest service ever. Self collect order charges $5 yet It takes ages for the agent to just deliver the package to the collection point. You'll never know when the package will be available at the collection point. This is the second time i faced the issue. After the first time I thought I'd not use this app again but forgot the second time. Time to delete so I will not use by mistake

Giving the rating not just for the app but Watsons in general. Made an order last week only to know 1/3 of my order has been cancelled after only receiving 2/3 of it this week. I had to contact Watsons first to enquire on the missing parcel too. Not the most responsible thing to do Watsons.

App is good but service is v bad. Ordered click n collect (which is 3 days it seems and delivery is abt 2 weeks!) But its been a week now and still no update on when I can collect.

Insanely bad app. Constantly lags, wishlist doesn't update when I eliminate items, opening pages shouldn't be necessary when you're already logged in as member. Constant ads aside, very slow and frustrating to use.
