My review of August 3rd was five stars, but since your update afterward, I'm downgrading it to one star. The app keeps shutting down on me. When I can get in I can't select anything and I can't move from one item to another. As a last resort, I went into the Applications setting on my Android and force stopped this app, cleared the app's cache, and restarted the phone. The app is working again so hopefully that will take care of it. But we shouldn't have to go through that.

I use this app every week to do my grocery shopping. However, it's been getting increasingly more frustrating to use since all it does is freeze. Sometimes the app will not load all of the products available, it'll just straight up freeze when you go to do something else and come back to it, favorites don't work etc. If the freezing/slow loading issue gets fixed, this app will be perfect.

I tried the app for the first time today because i figured it would work better than the website on my phone...nope. The app suddenly cant load anything and lags when i try to add something to the cart. After about an hour i was almost done with my order that was close to $300...i add some bread, look at the cart total in the corner..."$27" and "13 items" AGGHHHHH it literally threw everything I had added to the cart in last 45 minutes out and it wasnt saved. I have given up. So frustrated!!

Up until this week, I have loved the ease of use of the Walmart Pick up app. Very convenient for me as a mom not having to go through the store with a small child in a busy city. I add to my list during the week usually, and then submit when I am ready to order for the next day. This week I experienced lag and frequent crashing. Do your developers not test code before pushing release? It's buggy as h*ll. Last night I attempted check out so many times with no avail, I locked my debt card.

Love this app! Thank you for fixing the glitches (which are to be expected with such a large customer base) so quickly. We order every week. We've met nothing but the most personable, yet professional, staff to load the vehicle, etc. There's never a problem with our order. We're always aware of what is not in stock before we even leave the house. 5 STARS FROM THIS FAMILY! AWESOME!!!

As so many have stated the app was great, but now it freezes constantly. It can take hours to finish an order. A company as big as Walmart should be able to get their app fixed within days of it messing up. It's been weeks and still no update to fix the problem. Who wants to use an app that takes nearly as long to use as going to the store and shopping!!!
