Constant problems. This time, lost my reserved delivery time because of app error. Then it couldn't bring up shopping cart. "Unable to retrieve, try again later...unable to retrieve etc., etc. It doesn't remove items, from shopping list, correctly. Not the first time this happened. I am unable to shop in person, at this time and now must choose another day and time. Very dissatisfied.

I use this app alot to accrue my list as I shop once or twice a month. I love the list feature as it allows me to budget by letting me know how much I am spending. What I don't like is the fact it keeps crashing. At one point I went to use it instore and I couldn't use the list feature as it wouldn't load for 24 hours!! It made shopping very hard that trip. Overall it needs improvment desperately.

The app sucks, always asking to relog-in for everything. Log in, log in... I even got a new card and advised me my email was on file and would not allow me to login. Digital coupons are the worst. Why can't I just use my card or is shoprite deliberately looking to make my life more difficult. Digital coupons?...c'mon guys... wasting my time.

I appreciate the availability of this service. Have used it for more than a year now & except for frequent site changes, has improved greatly in the last 6 months. The one thing that would make it excellant would be to be able to know in advance which items are NOT available at store-- last minute texts or calls is difficult. And it would help if questions that are texted to customer could have the allotted time customer has to respnd. THANKS FOR ASKING

I'm a very frequent customer whose very frustrated with the online/mobile system. I've been literally all mid morning to afternoon trying to checkout my order and keeps going back to the main screen once I say ok. Plus I have to wait a half hour on top of the time I spent doing my order and checking out because I'm paying with EBT and it has to clear before I can redo the checkout again. This has been an ongoing issue! I'm unable to use my labtop cuz it went down hill.

The only thing about this app is when you get to the check out page to enter your payment info. The virtual pin pad numbers keep changing position, which can be very confusing if you accidentally enter the wrong number. Please be aware and careful when entering your pin numbers.
