Used to fill in surveys, but had so many problems sent it to spam. Somehow got a message in my inbox. Ok give it another go. First survey i get problems. Health Survey. First question. Acute pain. Do you suffer, does a family member, someone you care for. Ok answered that. Next question. Allergies. Same three options. No option for dont have allergies and so it went on. Back to spam.
