STIE PASAMAN sejak tahun 2020 telah mengimplementasikan Learning Management System (LMS) dengan penamaan LMS STIE PASAMAN (lms-stiepasaman.com) sebagai langkah konkret dan terukur untuk menyukseskan Program Merdeka Belajar yang tengah digalakkan oleh Kemendikbud RI. LMS STIE Pasaman menjadi sebuah Platform digital yang menghubungkan dosen dan mahasiswa dalam sebuah kelas Virtual. Dalam Aplikasi LMS ini, mahasiswa dapat menerima materi, tugas, diskusi, absensi, preens, mendapat artikel jurnal ilmiah, nilai dan pengumpulan tugas juga serta memberi catatan jurnal bago dosen yang mengajar.

Begitupula dengan dosen, layaknya sebuah aplikasi kelas virtual, dosen akan mendapatkan laporan absensi mahasiswa pada mata kuliahnya, memberi tugas, menilai dan mendapatkan feedback atas perkuliahan yang ia sampaikan. Setiap aktifitas Pembelajaran di LMS STIE Pasaman dikustomisasi sedemikian rupa sesuai keperluan Proses Belajar Mengajar (PBM) Daring.

Model berbasis aktifitas yang merupakan jantung dari Student Centered Learning (SCL) dikombinasikan ke dalam urut-urutan aktifitas dan kelompok belajar, yang kemudian akan memandu pelajar mengikuti patron pembelajaran yang disediakan oleh pengajar.

Fitur lain di dalam Aplikasi LMS STIE Pasaman akan membantu pelajar untuk membangun komunitas dalam pelajarannya, antara lain adalah blog, berkirim pesan, daftar peserta, serta fitur yang boleh disebut sebagai fitur utama evaluasi yaitu penilaian, pelaporan hasil proses, serta integrasi ke sistem lain bila diperlukan. Ini didukung oleh banyaknya “plug-in” yang tersedia tergantung kepada keperluan.

Aplikasi LMS STIE Pasaman sebagai LMS di STIE Pasaman juga berkomitmen menjalin kemitraan dengan LMS Center di Universitas lain.
