About this app

We Search & Train the Young Talent from Indian Villages and Give them Full Time Jobs. Around 1200+ Rural Youth is Working on our Payroll.
After the Formal Class room Training, we offer jobs to the youth from Indian Villages, semi urban and Rural Areas into our parent company Dehaat Store's Distribution Channels.

Store Executive, Store Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Web Developer, Android Engineer, Product sourcing Executive are some of the Jobs that we regularly have needs. Most of these jobs are based at stores and some of them includes field work, sales jobs, distribution jobs etc.

We hire Rural youth directly from the Indian Villages because our distribution network requires people with Rural and Local Area Knowledge.
The best part of the job is that these are in the Rural areas and closer to the applicant's home.
We have various openings for the youth who has passed 10th/ SSC, 10+2/ HSC, Graduation or Post Graduation.
All our jobs belong to white collar full time long term jobs.

Our simple Mantra is to hire the raw talent, train them and acquire them as our full time employees. Apart from full time high salaries, applicants also get the benefits of ESI, PPF, Insurance, Medical Aid and much more.
