This app is awful. First, when you try to get into the app most of the times server is not working at all so you can not book any car neither see the locations. Second, when you finally after long time you are able to book a car, and you arrive until the marked location it is impossible to unlock it due to, again, server problems. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYBODY.

I've had problems in approximately half the trips I've made, either car or app bugs, in the beggining or in the end of the trips. If not, at least it feels like it. It is still necessary to use the contact center more than wished (which, when done, is professional and efficient). The fix rate is low. Further zones could be added to the service area, including suburban Lisbon, to enhance public transport use and provide a correct articulation. Still, emov provides a great urban mobility solution.

I hate when an app upgrades and then I have to enter password again! Returning here to tell that I'll uninstall this app. Last time I tried to use it I just couldn't because of its lousy updates, that clears the login information (just picture yourself having to spend time doing a login from scratch each time you want to use the service!). This is a shame! the services is actually good, but the app is just too bad and here's no point to have an app that I cannot rely on.

It's an interesting service, I used it a couple of times in Madrid, it worked well. Both times the cars had pre-existing scratches which the app allowed me to photograph so I did not get charged for them. The app itself is mostly OK, but I got the feeling that it asked me to re-identify myself more often than is the case with more professional apps (e.g. banking). That was especially inconvenient because on my phone (OnePlus 5T) the app did not allow me to 'paste' into the user ID and password fields. All my other apps (again, e.g. banking) do allow pasting.

Many cars have a connection problem that makes you unable to open the car with the app. To solve this you have to call the customer support that always take a long time to answer your call. Also, if you have a pending payment your account will be suspended and to re-establish the usability of the account after changing the payment method you'll have to wait for the next day..
