Everything works for me. Just bought the drone and I can connect and fly it without any problems, without wifi. I called customer service and they explained how to connect the gps signal to the remote and in the app. Bottom line you have to be outside in an open area for the gps to work, after calibration. If not the wifi will say, "not connected to a network" The drone has its own connection program and process. Recommended a 4G or 5G phone. Hope you all get it to work for you.

Brought the drone and haven't been able to get it to operate/fly... after several attempts to get it calibrated etc.. now I have this red flashing light i can't figure out and can't find a customer service number to call

This app makes me embarrassed to be human. Sadly ALL the apps for ALL the drones that are in the sub-$300 price range are unbelievably terrible, so don't let this joke of an app steer you away from the Phoenix, because the drone itself is fantastic! 100% identical to the MJX MEW4-1, incidentally so is the app, which also works with the Phoenix, but don't waste your time, it's equally pathetic. Wow china, you've really outdone yourself on this minimally functional bug-rich gem.

I love this drone. It's strong, fast, high precision, returns to where it takes off with a button without the worry of obstacles as it comes back at the same altitude. First drone that I've been able to land with nothing but complete view of the camera to guide me without having to look in it's direction.

Anyone having problems with not getting videos might want to check how large your sd card is because sadly this drone only supports up to 32gb micro sd card. I do however have my own issue maybe someone can help me. When I switch to follow me mode the drone looks away from me and won't follow even when I go right in front of the camera and then walk away it won't move it just hovers it will still allow me to fly it up and down but no following. No follow me no 5 stars that simple.

Bought the drone and downloaded the app. Great times so far, just cant zoom the camera is there an app for that. Asking fir a friend.
