I have had mixed experiences with Vova. Unfortunately the bad have become far more common. Firstly if you buy external memory, it WILL NOT be what is says. 2Tb will probably be about 4-8 gb at best. A lot of clothes advertised will arrive with the loco ironed on to the item, or in the wrong place. Clothes quite often have bits of thread hanging off and are very poor quality. If you want to return a faulty /damaged/not as described item, You will be expected to pay return postage abroad. AVOID.

I've only recently started shopping with these. I've received 1 of my items and it was exactly as described. The offers are great and they have a large range of products. From designer to every day. I know once I've received my other orders, I'll be ordering stuff all the time. Their definitely worth a look. Update:- 8tg July 2021. I've now been shopping with Vova for over a year. I can honestly say, I'm quite impressed. I've received most of them earlier than expected and love the site.

I absolutely love Vova, and the many things I have ordered and received I am extremely happy with. I don't have any issues. Pretty quick delivery, great quality Etc. I'm on it on a daily basis. Buying things, adding things to my cart, playing games etc etc. I've actually recommended Vova too many of my friends and family. They're amazed.

Let me tell y'all it's no way u can talk to customer service or cancel tha order, dnt like the app. I just really dnt like it when anything or anyone is false Advising, cause it will say one price, but when u click on tha item, it's a different price. Thts wat I'm not understanding. Tha selection really ain't all tht good it's tha same thg over & over, and it really dnt explain nuthin to you.

I've been ordering items from Vova for a long period of time. The products are definitely worth the cost. Shipping costs are optional depending on how fast you need them delivered. Packaging is always sufficient for the items ordered.
