This app will make it easy for you to view several technical support tools for many Von Duprin products. Whether you're at the door in need of help on how to adjust vertical rod devices or you’re installing the 99 Rim Exit Device for the first time, this app can help you right at the moment you need it.

It provides simple, direct access to the How-To Videos from the Von Duprin Safety YouTube channel. Today, our videos can be difficult to locate on a mobile device. The app also allows you to access product information, including catalogs, common part manuals, and installation sheets for Von Duprin Exit Devices, Trims, Mullions, and Kits. Simply browse through the menus to find what you're looking for. Additionally, you can e-mail any document or call our customer care line directly from this app.

Please note that some documents, such as installation sheets, are between 2-6 MB in size and may take several moments to download. Most of the content is much smaller and will download quickly over a 4G (LTE), 3G or good Wi-Fi connection.
