We got the Vizio 55" tv the day after Christmas. The tv works fine but the remote that came with it has a couple of issues. The select button doesn't work unless it's pressed really hard. Also, the navigation buttons, up and down mostly, tend to skip channels. The remote in the app works perfectly though, so I use that the most. The picture quality so far is excellent. The sound quality is pretty good but or the full experience I would recommend surround sound or a sound bar. Satisfied so far.

I love this app more then the others. I like the color scheme a lot considering my favorite color is orange. I like how when go through the settings on the TV by the app it shows everything on the app alone. It works for my TV perfectly. It didn't at first but I eventually got it. The only thing I think needs work is the viziogram. Everytime I try to upload to send it fails to upload. I also wish you give us longer length on the videos. 1:10 seconds is kind of short in my opinion.

My remote control control got broken a couple months back. Every button worked except for the back button. Sad as it is, we just couldn't spare the extra $15 for a new one. So for the last few months I have been unable to use the back button on my TV and have been going crazy. This app is AMAZING! It's the only app that connects to my TV and so far I haven't had any issues with connectivity or anything like that. Such a life saver!

Another failed update. I have the top of the line quantum tv and the tv constantly loses connection to the app. It is a daily annoyance. The update also removed the indicator telling you the volume level when using a soundbar. It also removed the names on the hdmi ports. I will never purchase another vizio tv after buying g 2 of their highest end models. They will surely respond to my post asking me for feedback and trying to get me to be a free beta tester for them. No thank you!

Constant freeze, not working as standard. Not sure if it's only the TV or the remote made it worse; home page does not work while traveling outside the US, it was never stated that there is a limited region software. Even setting screen freezes a lot, stuck with the TV now, will buy a Roku or fire stick otherwise would have an ugly black picture frame. And customer service... Don't bother, I already spoke with you guys and was told it is what it is.

Usually can not connect to tv. Update: A year later, got new phone so I tried again. After 2 hrs w tech support, killed wifi connection, no access to basic picture and audio settings. The only way to make ANY adjustments is with the app that won't connect, so I can not set up tv. Oops, didn't think that through did you Vizio. Tech said he was sorry that the app doesn't support all Vizio TVs and soundbars. I am SOL. My advice: if you get tv working NEVER update the app. Never factory reset!!
