I usually don't rate apps but I want to rate this one just to give me a peace of mind. What I don't like about this app is if I'm using mobile data, it won't work. I couldn't open the app and it's always saying 'Please check your internet connection and try again'. I even subscribed to K-Video just for this but I guess I just wasted some money. Please fix this or otherwise, I won't have any other choice but to uninstall this.

Love this app I have my premium acct logged on my phone, my laptop, my mom's and my sister's phone. Some people said they get ads but I've never experienced that at all. However I haven't updated so I don't know if updating will affect that

The app interface has a lot of issues. It's hard to watch series cause there's no section for all the shows that you are currently watching like the 'Continue Watching' section in Netflix. Or when you are choosing a show to watch, it automatically plays the last episode of the series. I am paying for premium and I dont think I'm getting my money's worth.

The premium is just a payment gateway to allow you access to watch their shows with less ads, they will still force you to sit through 3-5 secs of ads for every episode screened. Some issues with their interface, you cannot pause the video type a message and come back to watch your show without ads.

I spend a small amount of my balance in my home globe wifi just to registered for the premium account in viu, but every time I activated the said premium it always end in error occurred. This is a wasted app it only gives you heartache and headache. So disappointed!

Useless app now, my subscription is just a waste! The new version is no longer compatible with our android TV, when previously it is. The only reason of my subscription is because I want to watch it on TV. Not a reliable app anymore, how come other apps are still compatible with our smart TV after an update, but this one not anymore. Annoying! 🙄 Just gonna cancel my subscription after my due and will uninstall this app! So disappointed 😑🙄😕
