My book management software needs either this scanner app or the Barcode Scanner app to scan book ISBNs. I had the other one for years, but recently it was "updated" with adware. So it went bye bye and I installed this app to my Note 8. The very first time I opened it, "Sorry the Android camera encountered a problem. You may need to restart the device." No you clowns, this is the only app on my phone that can't use the camera. This device is 3 years old and was wildly popular. Figure it out.

Doesn't work. Installed it and then when I went to use it, it said I needed to restart my phone. So I did and it kept saying the same thing. Looks like other people have complained about the same thing so I would pass on downloading it. Dont waste your time.

Still Works Great on Android 7. It has no problems at all, works without a hitch. Thank you that there are still apps out there for those of us with budget phones.
