Nowadays Hoichoi became very costly compare to other OTT platform application. Other application's contents are more and they update their content very regularly. Other feedback. 1. One of the login procedure should be by mobile OTP. By Gmail it synce all the mails and contacts. Please try to enhance the application 2. Give multiple device to access by OTP only not by gmail

Hi, Your contents are good and has wide range of taste. But the User experience is poor in some contexts: 1.I can't go to next episode of a season automatically if I'm resuming from the already watched list. I have to manually search the episode which I have alreafy watched then go to next. 2. Cannot change volumes by pressing up and down arrow keys. 3. The search bar is poorly designed.

Downloaded contents become unplayable after a few days. The bandwidth utilisation is also poor. The problem persists even in the latest version. Even after the resolution, the problem is not fixed.

No option for plan upgradation!!! If you subscribed for one screen streaming and you want to upgrade it from one screen to 2 screen you cant do this till your subscription ends!! You should have one upgradation scheme please do needful

And it's not opening once again. I watch Prime, Disney Hotstar, Netflix, Zee5, MX Player regularly. But only your Hoichoi app never opens. I feel I'm cheated subscribing this OTT. Thanks. It's running as of now.
