No support, exams accessible through offline mode not working. Wrote to the team, talked to the team but no response. Said my mail moved to junk how can you respond like this, and more on this still issue not solved.

vmc guru app always crashes within the 30 seconds of the opening. Please resolve this problem before the live classes begins as it could be helpful for every child to revise any of their live classes and help them a lot in their studies. May you resolve this problem soon so that other students don't face the same problem.
