Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Xtended Learning on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Toda la experiencia será gamificada. A través de los retos y los
desafíos el empleado irá ganando puntos y podrá personalizar su avatar con distintos elementos cosméticos (ropa, complementos, etc.), también podrá ver dónde está en el ranking, tanto a nivel individual como de equipo.

- Situaciones clave: La persona observa desde dentro una situación cotidiana de
trabajo (reunión, conflicto, feedback, etc.) a través de vídeos 360.

- Microlearning: El empleado recibe claves muy rápidas sobre cómo afectan los
sesgos en la gestión de distintas situaciones.

- Face 2 Face: Los empleados se retarán unos a otros a través de
preguntas de respuesta múltiple que podrán “lanzar” a un compañero y tratarán sobre el contenido principal de la ronda.

- Cajón de conocimiento: En cada ronda, el empleado tendrá a su disposición una
infografía muy visual para recoger todo el contenido y ampliarlo, con el objetivo de dotarle de recursos en la dinámica de quiz.
