Love, Love, Love this site. However they recently change the auction site. It is not working. It say's 9 second to go then immediately sold. Just one example. This has now happened 6 times. It is also jumpy going from 23 to 18 in one second. Unless this corrected. I will no longer be coming to Shop LC. I am a reseller so I buy a good size volume.

Easy ap to use. Just log in and go to where you want. Easy to buy, easy to check out. If you have any questions or problems, their Customer Service is made up of actual people that are happy to talk to you, not some automated system. Shop LC is an awesome place to shop from because they run the gamut from $2 products all the way to $5000 products. Plus they have $10 days twice a week! You really cannot go wrong!

Your app and its quality sucks!! Before the "upgrade" I could see the Retail Price after the sale. Now that is not possible. I need this info for insurance purposes!! Didn't anyone think of that?? After looking at interested items, choosing, then getting out, it sends me back to home rather then the "stone" I was looking at. Amateur at best!! The quality of your app has gone backward not forward with the times. Seriously you need a better IT Dept and better programmers!!!! VERY DISSATISFIED!!

I have struggled w this app for years. I download it, try it, get frustrated w processing delays ('Unable to process your request now; please try again later.'), then delete it. Months later, I'll try again. It is SO SLOW.

Love products. Shop a lot less due to increased s/h. You might as well call it 15.00 Friday w/ free shipping. I know about the cap. But I tend to order more often. Not bulk shop. Not in my budget. So I rarely order these days. Don't like picture quality on auction, no button to erase bid during auction when accidentally hit. This means all I can do is shut off auto bid. These means I can't shop for several days.

With latest update, the App freezes. Cannot scroll anymore. Cannot click on tracking number in order to track. Now have to write it down, go to DHL, type it in. That's the most annoying change besides the fact that it freezes all the time and I have to exit, clear cache, and start over. How many RA things did I lose out on because of this? There are so many changes to the way it looks, too many for one update. I'll be uninstalling.
