I have been a long-time customer with Verizon. This latest app is impossible to use. It simply doesn't work. Can't see my devices and other items like the previous app allowed. Verizon, if you read these ratings, give us back the old app. You keep changing things and make it worse. At this point, since I can't see anything in my system, I will probably switch to Infinty. I recommend not signing with Verizon.

This app is horrible and the old one was better because at least it worked for the simple things. When I actually want to select something it won't accept it or click it but when just trying to scroll the screen it keeps randomly selecting prompts I don't want. I can't even view my bill because I can never get to it without it clicking something else. Trying to get any help using the app is useless.

Error error error. That's what I always get, will work one time, the next time it says have to hook up to your router first. Even though I've done that 8, 10, 12 times? Verizon advertises it as a perk, I'm sure I'm paying for it, yet no one can get it to run consistently. Reloading the app doesn't seem to help and reading reviews it seems I'm not alone. Going to bail on Verizon TV soon.

This app often doesn't work, it shows nothing but a white screen. Or it just has an endless loop for login. Even when it does work it doesn't show you all information. FiOS is great when it works, but if you actually need support, good luck. I have never had worse customer support than I consistently get from Verizon. May the odds be ever in your favor

The app has lots of information and asks you to login using biometrics. But! If you need to manage something it requires you to use your name and password cause me, on my device, logged into my network can't be trusted. I needed to reboot my router, tried through the app and was challenged. It was simply easier to walk downstairs and unplug it. Thanks Verizon!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would Verizon updates these apps to be non-compatible with smart phones that are older than 2 1/2 to 3 years. This is Verizon's way of making you go out and buy a new smart phone when your current phone is still working perfectly fine...except of course for all those pesky apps that can't be loaded or stop working because of "compatibility" issues. Pretty slick of Verizon Wireless, especially when the app that's all of a sudden "not compatible" is the Verizon MyFiOS app
